Encourages brothers to deepen their involvement through chapter operations, conflict resolution, and effective communication. Focuses on interpersonal development and brotherhood bonds.
Promotes ethical leadership, critical thinking, and mentoring. Brothers take on executive roles, lead service efforts, and learn what it means to lead with integrity.
Prepares seniors and recent graduates for life after college. Workshops cover job readiness, professional networking, financial literacy, and sustaining lifelong brotherhood.
